Inbox & calendar

Clear your inbox. Keep the thread.

Atlas reads your mail and calendar when a request needs them, tells you what needs you, and drafts the reply.

Outlook mail & calendarGmail & Google Calendar

The exact email, before it’s sent.

The card shows the account, recipients, subject and full body. Approve it, edit it, or decline.

  • Replies stay in the original thread
  • Invites check your calendar for conflicts first
  • If a send times out, Atlas checks with the provider before saying anything, so a reply never goes out twice

Ask for your week, not just your mail.

Atlas reads your calendar, goes through each meeting, and offers to hold time to prepare. The hold is created only after you approve the card.

  • Lists events up to 30 days ahead
  • Checks for conflicts before proposing a time
  • Invites and holds wait for your approval

Ask the way you’d ask an assistant.

Atlas shows its work: the mailbox it searched, how many messages it read, and what it found.

Try asking

  • What needs a reply from me today?
  • Summarize the thread with Priya about the Q4 launch and draft a reply that accepts Thursday.
  • Do I have anything that clashes with a 2 pm call on Friday?
  • Which vendor invoices came in this week, and which are overdue?

Reads when your request needs it

  • Search your mailbox by sender, subject and date
  • Read full messages and threads
  • List calendar events, up to 30 days ahead
  • Check for conflicts before proposing a time

Prepares for your approval

  • Send an email, or reply in the thread
  • Create an event and invite attendees
  • Edit recipients, subject, body or time first

Safeguards built for email.

Email is where a wrong send hurts most.

  • Outside-content flag

Actions suggested after reading an email are labelled. What Atlas reads is information, never instructions.

  • Unfamiliar recipients

An address Atlas only found inside a message is pointed out before you approve.

  • Repeat warning

Approved the same email in the last 24 hours? Atlas tells you first.

  • No claims without proof

If an answer says it sent something but nothing ran, Atlas adds a note saying nothing was sent.

Connections are included with the Pro and Elite plans. Outlook works with Microsoft 365 and personal Microsoft accounts; some organizations require an admin to allow mail access. Gmail and Google Calendar are built and waiting on Google’s verification review before they open to everyone; see Connections. Mail Atlas reads is fetched for your request and is not stored beyond your conversation, and it is never used to train AI models.
