Questions about plans.
What is an Atlas token?
Atlas tokens measure AI usage. One Atlas token is one input or output token from the engine that answered, times a model multiplier: 1× for fast models, 4× for advanced and 8× for frontier. Athena costs 1×. Each answer shows exactly how many it used.
What happens when I run out?
Your monthly allowance is used first, then any token packs you bought. Packs never expire. Monthly tokens reset each billing cycle.
Can I control what I spend?
Yes. Set a daily token limit in Settings, and Atlas asks first, with an estimate, before any unusually large request. If the engines fail before any of an answer reaches you, there is no charge.
Do connections cost extra?
No. Every connection is included with Pro and Elite.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under the refund policy in the app: for example, a full refund within 7 days of a first plan payment if under 10% of that month’s tokens were used, and refunds for unused token packs within 14 days. Request it from Plan & usage.
Can I buy on this website?
No. This website does not take payments. Plans and packs are managed securely in the Atlas app, with payments handled by Stripe.
